Packing

Typically we pack finished goods into either 25kg multi-wall paper sacks or 1000kg polypropylene IBC’s, however we are able to vary the weights to suit particular requirements and can do as low as 12.5kg in the paper sacks, and as high as 2000kg in the IBC’s. Paper sacks are mechanically palletised using our robotic palletiser system.

All pallets are provided with a plastic liner sheet between the pallet and the goods and then are shrink wrapped using a blue coloured, branded shrink wrap. The branded wrap effectively creates a tamper evident seal to all pallets.
